Qingdao Hisense Financial Middle Office Service Project

Project Background:

Since 2020, iSoftStone and Kingdee have jointly undertaken the construction of the Hisense Financial Middle Office Service Center, providing financial services for all Hisense subsidiaries in China, including inventory management, asset management, general ledger services, and financial middle office, etc.

Project Achievements:

The efficiency of issuing balance sheets on the accounting settlement day through the improved automated financial middle office has increased by 100%. The sales order processing flow has been shortened, reducing the sales order cycle time from 13 days to 5 days, and personnel has been reduced by 62%.
